OUR STORY

Behind every lash product we create is the heart of a lash artist and a big vision: to make lashing easier, faster, and more beautiful.

Over 15 years ago, Sylwia and Kate met in Poland through a lash appointment that sparked a lifelong friendship. Both dreamed of elevating an industry that desperately needed improvement. In 2014, they brought their passion and European quality standards to the U.S. and built what would become LashboxLA.

Every lash artist knows the frustration of creating a perfect fan which can take forever. Sylwia turned that struggle into a breakthrough. Inspired by floral arrangements, she created the Flower Bouquet Technique® and 0.03 loose base lashes — a method that transforms allows you to create fans in 3 seconds. What started at her lash table became a global movement that has changed lash artists’ lives everywhere.

That innovation became the foundation of LashboxLA. Since then, every lash, adhesive, and tool we create has been designed with one purpose: to take the struggle away from lash artists. We don’t release products just to release them, we design solutions that save time, boost retention, and elevate artistry. Combined with our education, we’ve built a system that helps artists grow their craft and create lasting, financially stable careers.

Today, LashboxLA is proudly self-made, female-led, and recognized in over 40 countries. From our Favorite Cashmere Lashes to cutting-edge adhesives and tools, everything we make is about helping lash artists thrive with confidence, creativity, and freedom.
