In compliance with Los Angeles County’s “Safer At Home” Emergency Order, we have closed our Los Angeles fulfillment center.

Fortunately, in the past 24 hours we have been able to set up a backup fulfillment center which has allowed us to continue processing and shipping orders.

Please note that our backup shipping facility is limited with staff and order processing and delivery may be delayed 5-7 business days as we adjust to the ongoing safety protocols.

This is an evolving situation and we are doing our best to meet our customers' needs while also cooperating with the government's efforts to slow down the spread of COVID-19. 


I signed up for an upcoming training class. Will it be cancelled?

All training classes scheduled to take place in March 2020 have been rescheduled. In addition, the Honolulu training class scheduled for April 17, 2020 has also been rescheduled. We have sent an email to registered students with the new training dates. All other training classes are still scheduled as normal. We will updated registered students as necessary.

If your class is postponed, you will be eligible to select another training date and/or location of your choice.
