Is LBLA planning to shutdown their shipping department?

As of now, our warehouse and shipping department is open and operating with limited staff. We are closely following restrictions from the Governor of California and we are aware of possible business shutdown in the area. We will let our clients know 24 hours prior to closing our warehouse.

 

Will your inventory be affected by the situation with the Coronavirus?

LashBox LA works with many suppliers across the world. Although we currently have a healthy supply of inventory, impacts to suppliers may cause a delay in future shipments of products. We recommend that you stay proactive and place orders earlier than usual to ensure that you do not run out of supplies.

 

Will shipping times be delayed?

In order to minimize risk and exposure to our employees, we are currently operating with a limited staff. This will result in longer than normal processing times (estimated order processing is currently 24-48 hours).

FedEx is currently delivering packages as normal with no delays. We will provide you with an update if delivery times are expected to be delayed.

All packages requested to be delivered via U.S Postal Service (USPS) will experience a delay of 2-5 business days.

At this time, we recommend that you choose FedEx delivery options for a faster and more reliable delivery option.

 

I signed up for an upcoming training class. Will it be cancelled?

All training classes scheduled to take place in March 2020 have been rescheduled. In addition, the Honolulu training class scheduled for April 17, 2020 has also been rescheduled. We have sent an email to registered students with the new training dates. All other training classes are still scheduled as normal. We will updated registered students as necessary.

If your class is postponed, you will be eligible to select another training date and/or location of your choice.
