What are my shipping options?
We are proud to offer our customers flat rate shipping for all orders, We ship most of our orders via USPS. For 2nd Day and Next Day Delivery, most orders ship via UPS. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your ups shipping after checkout. Commercial delivered are usually less expensive then residential.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
2nd Day and Next Day purchases placed by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally, You can calculate your shipping prior to check out. please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. Please allow us 24h for international shipment quote. Your order will be process upon shipping quote confirmation.

We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost. If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.
